Healing from Perfectionism Program

Are you tired of that critical inner voice?

You know, the one that says you aren't good enough. Or you'll be good enough WHEN you achieve X, Y, Z and earn it? It can be love, acceptance, money, and so much more, but here are some symptoms that tell you you're experiencing it:

Do you try to act like everything's fine with you even (and especially!) when it's not?

Do you say yes to things and wish you hadn't almost immediately after?

Do you catch yourself people pleasing to the point of personal exhaustion?

Did you just say "Oh God, that sounds like me?!". You are not alone!

We women were raised with a specific set of Perfectionism Stories, 'PS'es as I call them. You know, those outdated negative thoughts including:

  • If something looks good, it was worth the pain I put myself through. 

  • I must be flexible and kind because it's selfish to have too many needs.

  • If someone doesn't like me, it's because I gave them a good reason.

That nonsense stops now because in six short months you will learn how to feel worthy in six key areas of your life.
