So often we get caught up in the hectic nature of our lives that we forget to stop and take a breath. What does stopping and smelling the roses look like to you?

Here are few ideas: linger over your morning latte, savor a sweet treat, take an extra deep breath of fresh air out on a walk. Whatever it means to you, give yourself at least five minutes of it today and feel it recharge you.
